Terms and Conditions for the purchase of online vouchers

Purchase conditions and subject matter of the contract
The contract is concluded with Hotel Zimba GmbH and Co KG and comes about with the payment of the voucher.

Order 

The order takes place in the voucher shop on our homepage and is paid by direct deposit or credit card. The paid coupon will be sent by email and can be printed out immediately. The vouchers are provided with a unique voucher code, which is required to redeem the voucher.
The customer is responsible for the storage or handling of the original voucher template. The misuse of the voucher template is not liable. In case of loss, theft, or improper validation of vouchers, the amount cannot be refunded.

Prices and products

The bought or ordered vouchers can partly be redeemed in cash. If the consumption is lower than the value of the voucher, the beneficiary receives a new voucher in the amount of the difference. The relevant tax receipt will be sent directly to the buyer after payment. There is no liability for late delivery by post. The voucher is valid only when the amount due has been paid in full. The validity period of the vouchers is two years, the voucher arrangements and service vouchers are one year. The items and packages may change during the term of validity and/or may differ from the details on the coupon.

Right of withdrawal

Vouchers, if they do not meet your expectations, can be returned within 14 days. The written cancellation must be sent within 14 days of the date of issue.
The right of withdrawal can no longer be claimed if the service has already started within this period.

Safety is the top priority! Therefore, all personal information such as credit card number, name, and address when paying with credit cards are transmitted over a secure SSL line. This makes sensitive data in Internet traffic illegible. To provide additional security in the coupon shop, several other security measures are applied.
